Through a short survey, Cophi scans the organisation's workflows and builds a powerful interactive map that reveals where people collaborate, what the quality of that collaboration is, what the challenges are, and how it can be improved. 

An impact dashboard gives clear, practical insights into the day-to-day operational, strategic and social networks within the organisation.

It lists recommended actions that motivate teams to take accountability for working better together, driving behavioural change, bottom up and top down.

To get started with Cophi, a 5-minute team-to-team survey is shared throughout your organisation, this gives us the data we need to build out how you can visualise and diagnose collaboration throughout your teams, individuals and locations.

Cophi visualises how your teams feel about each other, and how working with other teams is day-to-day. This organisational network visualisation helps everyone see the most critical relationships, where they can be improved, and what needs to be done to make them better.

Net Collaboration Score (NCS)

Quality of collaboration is defined though one simple KPI: the Net Collaboration Score (NCS) 

(NCS = % positive feedback - % negative feedback).
The NCS is available at the organisation, team, and inter-team levels giving a unique and in-depth perspective of collaboration in action. It’s measurable, repeatable and trackable.

Individual Impact Reports

Our Individual Impact Report quantitatively measures and benchmarks your people’s collaborative influence. Organisational impact depends on both individual performance and collaborative impact.

It shows how widely people positively impact others in operational, motivational and strategic ways. Awareness of their key role as a collaborator will enhance performance and career growth.

Critical Connector Scan

The information from the Individual Impact Reports allows us to do a Connector Scan: identify employees that play a critical role in your organisation, ie the key connectors, information brokers, influencers and change agents.
