Here's how it works

In the Cophi-Build Your United Nations Game, we use the world as a metaphor for your organization. The world is made up of different countries. Your goal is to work with all the countries to build a prosperous world with happy inhabitants. As a sub-goal, each country must also try to become the best country on its own.

The countries determine their identity and strategy. The teams choose the most important facilities for their country and develop a game strategy to acquire them. Additionally, they design a flag and/or traditional attire using fabrics.

The countries use Kapla blocks to build the facilities they’ve acquired on a large map. Do the roads connect or dead-end at the borders? It gradually becomes visible which teams have collaborated successfully!

Besides the ‘what’ we also look at the ‘how’

We use the Cophi Scan in the game to measure the quality of collaboration between the teams. How are results achieved? Using factual data about team dynamics during the game, we help teams evaluate and learn together!
